I could not have said it better myself! If people want to know how MK wanted her company run, they can just read her thoughts on it!
“We need leaders who add value to the people and the organization they lead; who work for the benefit of others and not just for their own personal gain; who inspire and motivate rather than intimidate and manipulate; who live with people to know their problems and live with God in order to solve them; and who follow a moral compass that points in the right direction regardless of the trends.”
Well said, well said. This is what I aspire to be in life, even if MK and I ever part ways, I would want to live by this.

I love how it says “regardless of the trends”. Notice she did NOT say, “just follow any NSD who does it fast”. She has criteria for the type of leaders we should aspire to be.

My NSD got to meet MKA one on one. She can never comprehend the influence that she has on her life, on her business and on how she shares the oppportunity.
My NSD is an honest woman and got to where she is with integrity. It took her, I think 11 years to become one. And she is amazing! She became a director fairly quick. Her directors are solid. My director has been in the business for 12 years and she’s not in NIQ yet. She’s working towards that but she doesn’t use short cuts to get there.
That’s the MKA way.

Thanks for posting this MKRules. How true. I believe that if we all worked towards becoming a great leader, it would benefit not only our MK business but our personal lives as well. Part of why I joined MK was to be a great example to my children of how to overcome and become something great. During my DIQ, I felt my “leadership” skills tested and I know that I made the right decision to not continue. Even though that meant stepping out of DIQ. I just had to follow my conscience and even though I wanted directorship, I knew the terms in which I wanted it. I have to be able to look at my team and tell them I had their best interests at heart. Especially when it was hard and went against my goal. I’m much happier with the decision that I made. And I think it reflects in my business because noone has quit. And that to me is worth more than any suit could

“Leaders who add value to the people and the organization they lead.”
Absolutely right! I mean, how true IS that!? MK was quite a woman and we would all to well to look for the type of people she points us to when we are in need of stable, valuable, fulfilling groups to work with. In my experience a leader intent on adding value has the teambuilding ideas as well as teamleading vision that a group needs to move ahead.
