Did you know there was a diffence between sight and vision? Rena Tarbet spoke some about this at the retreat. There is a HUGE differnece! Sight has nothing to do with faith. “Sight” is knowing for certain because you have seen it or done it before. Sight is knowing your house is right there because you can see it right in front of you.
Vision is very different. Vision is knowing you can do something simply by faith. You get that feeling inside that you can do it. You can see yourself in that director suit. You can feel the hot lights of the Seminar stage on your smiling face. Continue reading

When Mary Kay Ash worked for Stanley Home Products, she went to their sales Seminar. During this Seminar, she saw a lady get crowned Queen of Sales and was starry eyed with desire to be the Queen the following year. She loved the nice, alligator handbag that the queen recieved for a prize as well. Mary Kay longed to be the Queen and get her own alligator bag. Pretty big aspirations for Mary Kay, who was new and many times did not even make enough sales to cover her hostess credit at her home parties. Continue reading
